Bills from Previous Address

I moved to a new apartment in July 2023 and it looks like I cannot access bills from my former address anymore.

I need to bills from the previous apartment address, how can I access those? Can you please email them to me or make them available in my online account?

stefaniem Thank you for reaching out! You can add addresses to your Xfinity ID in the Xfinity App or at Xfinity.com under "Manage and Link Accounts". Here is a great article with step-by-step instructions: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts. Because the previous account was disconnected in July, it is likely too late to do that though.

Thank you for the response. I checked the account and it looks like the old address is already linked, i.e. it is listed under 'Account and Identity' -> 'Xfinity ID and Security' -> 'Your Accounts'. But under 'Billing' I still only see the bills for the new apartment starting July 2023. Where can I get access to the bills from the other linked accounts?

You will need to switch to the other account to see the details for it. Here are the steps to do that:
 
Xfinity.com:
Click the Account icon  and then select Billing or Account and Identity.

Click the Account icon again and select Switch account.

 

XFINITY APP:
Select the Account tab on the bottom navigation bar and scroll to the bottom to select the Switch Accounts button.

Once you switch accounts, you should be able to see the billing history.
