Plus my email fot comcast.net for my business account has not been working ..I couldn't get emails for over a week.. I had to wait to reboot 2 times. That took two days then finally got someone on the phone to fit it in less then 10 minutes.. so tell me why again the is so high. And my internet was down for over a week.

Check out the last few bills so you can compare what the difference is. Most commonly, I see customers reach out when their previous promotion ends, causing the discount to fall off. The best way to bring the bill back down would be to check out new promotion options. If that is the case, you can check out offers for current customers here.
