Why is my bill so high  this month?

Also how can I lower it. I believe  its only for the internet.

Plus my email fot comcast.net for my business  account  has not been working ..I couldn't  get emails  for over a week.. I had to wait  to reboot 2 times. That took two days then finally  got someone  on the phone to fit it in less then 10 minutes.. so tell me why again the is so high. And my internet  was down for over a week.

I know anytime a bill is not what I expect, I start looking more into it, so thank you for stopping in for help. To start, we do offer a full PDF version of your bill so you can see the breakdown of your charges. In most cases like this, I would recommend starting there by reviewing the last few bills. Page 3 is the best place for plan summary information and will also show any discounts or promotions you have, as well as their end date. 

Check out the last few bills so you can compare what the difference is. Most commonly, I see customers reach out when their previous promotion ends, causing the discount to fall off. The best way to bring the bill back down would be to check out new promotion options. If that is the case, you can check out offers for current customers here. If you do not see anything that fits your needs, please let me know, and I would be happy to review offers with you.
