@user_mr2pcs Thank you for contacting us about updating your billing information. 

You can add, edit, and remove your saved payment methods online or in the Xfinity app.

If you have Xfinity Mobile, you cannot remove the payment method used for your Xfinity Mobile automatic payments. You must update it instead.

For your security, Xfinity removes saved payment methods if you do not use them for one year.

Manage payment methods online

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Scroll to Bill Settings and select Payment methods.
  3. Choose to add, edit, or remove a payment method.

 

Manage payment method in the Xfinity app

  1. Sign in to the Xfinity app.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Select Bill details.
  4. Tap Bill settings.
  5. Select Payment method.
  6. Choose to add, edit, or remove a payment method.
