I recently contacted you in regards to my Xfinity bill. An agent told me that she could take my bill, running around $350.00 down to $270.00 a month. Let me ask you, do you think that’s really a good deal? I don’t, I’ve been a customer for a longtime, & would think that you would take care of me. Ok, just got my bill $353.00 I just can’t afford this being on a fixed income. I really hate to cancel my service but if you can’t give me a better deal I will have to.

This is addressed to AmandaB. Why would you change anything regarding my service without my permission? I don’t have or do I use DVR so I don’t need any of this. As I told the young lady I spoke with on the phone I returned your router & replaced it with my own net gear 5G router. So why are you charging me for something I don’t have? As for my name + information you should have that already Street address name on account. When I login to
my Xfinity account this information comes up so you have it already. Thanks again Danny
