Billing

I recently contacted you in regards to my Xfinity bill. An agent told me that she could take my bill, running around $350.00 down to $270.00 a month. Let me ask you, do you think that’s really a good deal? I don’t,  I’ve been a customer for a longtime, & would think that you would take care of me. Ok, just got my bill $353.00 I just can’t afford this being on a fixed income. I really hate to cancel my service but if you can’t give me a better deal I will have to.

We recently made changes to include more services in your base pricing line, an included tv box, DVR storage for the TV lineup options, and unlimited data with the modem rental for our internet packages, to help simplify pricing options, along with coming out with a few new TV lineup options. This is addressed to AmandaB. Why would you change anything regarding my service without my permission? I don’t have or do I use DVR so I don’t need any of this. As I told the young lady I spoke with on the phone I returned your router & replaced it with my own net gear 5G router. So why are you charging me for something I don’t have? As for my name + information you should have that already Street address name on account. When I login to

my Xfinity account this information comes up so you have it already. Thanks again Danny

I think you misunderstood. I would not and can not make any changes without your approval. I was letting you know of some of the changes that were made to our new promotions, not your account or plan. These changes were made to help customers lower costs and avoid them cutting our extras to get the services they need!

As for using your own modem, you are not being charged; there is just no discount applied or price difference any longer for you using your own modem. As for your information, no, I do not have any of that information since you have not provided it. Your online profile for the Xfinity Forums does not link your account information to me since you do not need to be a customer to use our Xfinity community forums.
