Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_pad4xq Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about this and hope things turn around quickly for you. I'd recommend contacting our Internet Essentials dedicated team or applying for the program online (https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/internet-essentials) to get this taken care of. This program is a specialty service, so our team here is not equipped to assist, unfortunately.

Thank you for the response Thomas. However, I am requesting a medical emergency stay under NH PUC 1205 to prevent disconnection of my essential communication.

This is my only form of communication with my doctors, attorneys and health specialists as I do not have an active mobile data plan. Because this involves a specific state regulatory requirement and an Amnesty Program transition due to zero income the standard website is unable to process my request.

I have already sent a Private Message to the Digital Care Team with these details including my readiness to provide a doctor's note and attorney letter. Could you please ensure my request is escalated to a Billing Lead or a member of the Digital Care Team who handles NH medical emergency stays and Internet Essentials amnesty transitions?
Thank you.

I do apologize that our Digital & Social Team does not have access to or the ability to assist with Internet Essentials accounts, due to the program requirements and verification needed. From the link above, there is a chat option to speak with their team to assist as well.
