Billing
Hello, I need help retrieving archived PDF billing statements from September 2019 to present for my internet account.
These statements are required for internet reimbursement through PA Cyber Charter School.
The billing portal only shows statements back to March 2024, and customer service and my local store were unable to retrieve older statements.
Could someone assist me with submitting a billing research request for archived statements?

@user_646skx From our website Xfinity.Com ALL bills throughout the full duration of service should be displayed, what happens when you try to go past March 2024? Please check out https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history Let me know if this is of any help.
