Thanks for reaching out to us, You can view your billing plan or even make changes via https://login.xfinity.com/login or via our awesome Xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/apps  

 

Also, when you log into your account if you go to your detailed billing statement and pull up the PDF file it will list the services you receive and breakdown all the pricing

 

If you need further assistance with anything related to your Xfinity services, go ahead and send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address         

 

 

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
