Hi there @user_4ye5qx, We can only have one name listed on the bill per account. We are not able to change an account holder's name here. Both of you can visit your local Xfinity store with your photo ID. They have a form you can fill out to request that change. We can help get a ticket submitted if you want to transfer ownership of the account.
