Billing

I am having a terrible experience with XFINITY.
I used to have a buddle plan with my home internet and Phone service. However I move to a different area and my phone service wasnt the best so I switched service ( just for the phone). The first straw was the fact the Xfinity assign a new phone number to my APPLE WATCH AND STARTED BILLING ME. When I realised that I call down and I also realiezed my internet bill went up. So in that regard I told the agent that I will just transfer everything to my new provider. at that point the agent TOLD ME HE CAN ASSIGN ME A NUMBER FOR FREE FOR A YEAR IN ORDER TO KEEP MY INTERNET BILL THE WAY IT USED TO BE. I agreed and told him that I will probably move the internet after the free year is over.  On my next billing I was billed higher on my internet and also for the new PHONE LINE that I supposed to get free. I spend hours on the phone between getting tranfer from one person to another and hold time to finally get someone to confirm the line will be turn off and I will be getting a refund. This was about 2months ago. I received a call today from debt collection letting me k ow that I have an unpaid billed of $55 from Xfinity. I logged in to see that it was the phone bill of the phone number I was offert to for FREE .

THIS IS VERY IRRITABLE.. NOW HERE I AM TRYING TO GET HOLD OF SOMEONE.
