user_8xbt9k Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. Auto payment is a self service option that can be managed online at Xfinity.com. To manage your auto payments on Xfinity.com, you will need to sign in to your account.
 
Here is a general guide on how to do so:
  1. Sign in to your account: Go to Xfinity.com and sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.

     

  2. Navigate to Billing: From your account dashboard, look for the "Account" icon in the top-right corner and select "Billing" from the menu.

     

  3. Access Autopay settings: Under the "Bill Settings" section, you should find an "Autopay" box or similar option. Select it to manage your automatic payments.

From here, you can typically:

  • Set up Autopay: Choose a payment method (checking account, savings account, or credit/debit card) and agree to the terms and conditions to enroll.

     

  • Update your payment method: Select a new or existing payment method to use for your automatic payments.

     
  • Turn off Autopay: You can also choose to turn off the automatic payment feature.

     

If you have Xfinity Internet, you may be eligible for a discount on your monthly bill if you enroll in both automatic payments and paperless billing using a bank account. If you remove the auto payment option you will lose that monthly credit.
