user_8ws1f7 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Anytime there is an upcoming bill increase you would see the notice printed on your bill prior to the increase. Usually this happens when a promotional rate has expired. I definitely understand how important it is to keep bills within a budget and would love to review the billing with you to see what changed. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.
