You raised my bill 22.01 I don’t know why this happened I need it lowered to what I was paying

Anytime there is an upcoming bill increase you would see the notice printed on your bill prior to the increase. Usually this happens when a promotional rate has expired. I definitely understand how important it is to keep bills within a budget and would love to review the billing with you to see what changed. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
