user_dnhift Hi there! Please follow these steps to cancel the additional payments you had submitted.
To manage scheduled payments, including cancelling them, follow the steps below:
Click on the Settings tab at the top of the My Account screen. Under Bill Settings, click Scheduled Payments. Click Manage Scheduled Payments under the Billing tab. Click Manage to change the amount, date, or payment method of a scheduled payment. Click Cancel Payment to cancel a scheduled payment entirely.
If these were sent in as one-time payments, you most likely will need to consult your bank/card company to have them stop the transactions that were made in error.
