user_o7voyx Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! I can appreciate wanting a paper bill, I know that if I don't have my stack of paper bills that I might forget to take care of one. This link provides the directions on how to log into your account and remove the paperless billing. It can take 1-2 billing cycles though for you to receive that paper bill. Let me know if you run into any errors turning it off.
