Hello, I am posting here since it is impossible to have any resolution to this issue via chat or phone. I'd love for someone at Xfinity to resolve this ASAP. I've been overpaying since the time I moved my mobile service to Xfinity which at this point is looking like a mistake. I was considering leaving Xfinity internet service due to cost but then during a very long extensive chat with a rep was offered a deal for 2000 mbps speed, unlimited data and mobile for $115 and $105 if autopay. I have been paying $38.05 for mobile and $113.25 for internet (total = 151.3), $46.30 more per month than promised by a rep, for staying with Xfinity internet and moving from a cheaper and actually more dependable mobile service! I'm looking to have this resolved asap. Additionally I've chatted with and been on the phone with at least 3 reps from Xfinity in which I was told this would be resolved. There was no follow-up and obviously this is still not resolved!  Below is the correspondance from the rep with me. Thank you
