When I signed up mobile service I was told there was BOGO special going on. Pay for 1 line get second line free for 1 year. I have cable, internet, and phone. Also, was to receive $1000 trade in for my old phone which I never received. Was also to receive $500 gift card for switching from Verizon.  After 3 billing cycles, have had to call every month to get a credit for the second line, which should be free. Now customer service tells me that trade in credit is only $700 but still never received. And still nothing on the gift card. Changing cell service to Comcast was a big mistake on my part.
