Have you taken a peek at the bill in the Xfinity app? One really cool feature on the bill is the comparison between the previous and current month. You can see the difference, and another cool thing is it can tell you if the promotion that you had is still in motion or expired. I am a big advocate of the app, it is such a great tool, you can review billing and even troubleshoot your services if there are issues. 

View your bills in the Xfinity app

  1. Download the Xfinity app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in as the Primary user or a Manager.
  2. Tap the Account tab in the bottom right corner of the app.
  3. Tap the account balance section located between Your activity and Your plan.

  4. Tap Statement history to view and download PDF versions of your current and past 24 billing statements.

  5. Tap the date for the statement you want to view or download.
