Thank you for reaching out and making an arrangement for your account. If you can't pay the entire account balance, you must pay the entire past-due amount to restore services unless you qualify for a payment arrangement.

 

Once a pending payment is made to an account:

  • Xfinity TV resumes immediately.
  • Xfinity Internet resumes immediately.
    • If they are using their own router, they may need to manually restart the router, after their modem/gateway/eMTA restarts, to regain their service.
  • Xfinity Voice resumes within one hour.
  • Xfinity Home service resumes in four to six hours.
