Once a pending payment is made to an account:
Xfinity TV resumes immediately.
Xfinity Internet resumes immediately.
If they are using their own router, they may need to manually restart the router, after their modem/gateway/eMTA restarts, to regain their service.
Xfinity Voice resumes within one hour.
Xfinity Home service resumes in four to six hours.
