Thanks for reaching out, as a customer I would not be happy if I was billed twice, via our awesome Xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/apps you can view you payment history & settings. Via the app https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill you can view your detailed bill as well as to see if you set up payment arrangement  or if you are on automatic payment
