I’m in need of severe help with speaking with someone to help me with an extension on my bill. I cannot talk to anyone.

We are a team of experts, and you can count on us for all your Xfinity questions. I hope you are having a great day so far, staying out of the heat and resting up. We have a great and easy way to submit payment arrangements to pay later. As long as the account has not had any failed ones in the past, you can continue to add as many as you need until you're all caught up. We know how important second chances are, and I love that we are able to provide them easily online. Follow the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement to add one to the account. The account has to be in a past due status to be eligible.

The problem is I’m two months past due. I am unfortunately not eligible for an extension. I’m not sure what to do at this point because of the hardship. And im really struggling. I don’t know what to do.

@user_qqi6oj  Oh wow, I see and thank you for explaining. I totally get that and understand where you're coming from. It is really important to honor any agreements, especially those that help extend service to allow for more time. If a prior agreement was broken, the account is not eligible for more agreements and needs to see the payment for past due services asap. That will help keep the service on and working successfully.
