I have automatic payment set us and it didn't work, now I'm being charged over draft fees...?

user_gqlb7h Thank you so much for your post for help with your automatic payment not working. Over-draft fees would be on your bank's end not ours. We would possibly apply a late fee or if your bank returned the payment after we tried to process your automatic payment we may apply a fee for the returned payment. I would reach out to your bank for more help with that fee and to see why your autopayment did not process as it should have.
