I'm having much difficulty navigating this website. I am unable to change my payment method because the screen keeps coming up blank. It's been happening for weeks. Also, there isn't an easy way to switch accounts. What is going on here?

Hey there, @user_zs2bbw! Thanks for creating a post regarding the changes you'd like to make. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had, and I'd love to help however I can! Have you gone through any troubleshooting yet, by chance? For example, when experiencing web page issues, a great place to start is clearing the cache and cookies before attempting to log in again. You may also want to try a different browser or even use incognito mode and see if that works. When you speak of switching accounts, do you mean multiple Comcast accounts like what we outline here?
