Good Morning, @user_i036ke! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to there us here on the Xfinity Forums. When a change of your services is made in the middle/start of a billing cycle, you would not see the changes fully reflect until your next billing cycle as far as pricing/amount owed.  You can view all the billing details and when your bill cycles here to anticipate the upcoming billing with any prorated credits/charges that were made here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns.

What takes so long to get this fixed if your late paying your bill they hit you with a late fee so are customers issued a credit for Xfinity holding our money since you are paying a month out

user_i036ke, Great question. I would be wondering the same thing being in your shoes. Please keep in mind that at XFINITY, we bill one month in advance. This is why we ask to allow at least one months billing cycle for everything to reflect correctly online and on your next billing statement. Depending on the day the changes are made within your current billing cycle, we will prorate the difference on your next billing cycle. When your next billing cycle prints online, you will see prorated credits and debits for the difference. Make sense so far?
