Has Comcast stop mailing out bills? Like have they gone to paperless billing without telling the customer/

Hello @tazzboy! All customers have the option to receive either a paperless bill, or a paper bill in the mail. You can find instructions in this link that will assist you with turning ecobill on or off: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/signing-up-for-paperless-billing.
