Billing

I'm not giving Manager role as a primary. My family would do whatever they want.  Can they pay a bill through view mode?

Greetings, @user_u28n4e! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about family user roles and permissions. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

Any user on your account can log in and make a one-time payment, as long as they are a Viewer, Member, or Manager. The Primary and the Manager are the only roles that can view the billing details and make changes to your account, but any Viewer or Member can make a payment. I have a few problems with my account that are quite serious. 

Privacy.  

I wrote a samplebemail template for the Rohnert Park Police department to gain access to my account. I was told it had to be in a PDF and a form Comcast provided to allow access to the Cloud video footage of my home security system.  No access to anyone is allowed until I do so.

Yesterday Xfinity Assistant told me someone else has access to my account.  I copied it.  My privacy cannot be compromised during my lawsuit.  My home was robbed and I need that footage. The Landlord's security or anyone has permission until I authorize it legally.  Please provide me with a point of contact to talk to.
