Why am I being charged after my service was suspended and I am still getting charged 300plus

Hello, @user_t566ly! Thank you for posting your billing questions. I'd love to help however I can! To clarify, was your card or bank account charged for Xfinity services while in a suspension due to non-payment? Or are you asking about receiving a bill when the account has been suspended? When services are temporarily disconnected due to non-payment, the balance on the account is still owed, but you shouldn't be charged unless you're enrolled in Automatic Payments or have a previously scheduled payment.
