I was told if I just paid 61 dollars that my service would be reactivated and the equipment fees would be waived. I paid 65 dollars and nothing was done and I still have 145 dollars still due on .y bill and no service. I chatted with 4 different people and Boone could do anything but lie to me, I have screenshots of all my conversations. This is very bad business and I am extremely upset that I just gave you 65 dollars for nothing. I will be looking into legal advice about this matter if it isn't resolved soon. Shame on your customer service.
