Billing

I live in Georgia. My elderly mom lives in Boca Raton,Fl. She has your company for her cable. She doesn’t have internet or doesn’t do texting. She tried to call & pay her bill through your automated system,but apparently you can’t do that anymore. She is very frustrated. I tried to help her,but was unable myself. You would think that a big company like yourself could at least make it easier for the elderly. If someone could call me back with any suggestions I would appreciate it.
