I live in Georgia. My elderly mom lives in Boca Raton,Fl. She has your company for her cable. She doesn’t have internet or doesn’t do texting. She tried to call & pay her bill through your automated system,but apparently you can’t do that anymore. She is very frustrated. I tried to help her,but was unable myself. You would think that a big company like yourself could at least make it easier for the elderly. If someone could call me back with any suggestions I would appreciate it. Hello, @Murraywinsaft. Thank you for your feedback, for choosing Xfinity, and for joining us here on the Xfinity Forums! As a customer myself I understand the importance of being able to easily pay your monthly bill. One benefit to choosing Xfinity that has helped many customers is the ability to add additional users to the Xfinity account. For example, it's possible to add an account manager which can help because they have access to all account features including the billing. 

I also wanted to share there are many convenient ways to pay your Xfinity bill. You can Pay online or with the Xfinity app


Xfinity TV customers can say “Pay my bill” into your Xfinity Voice Remote to open their account and pay on Xfinity X1.

 

Call us at 800-Xfinity and follow the automated prompts to pay using an American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card or an ACH transfer from a valid savings or checking account with a U.S. bank. Was there any part along the way which caused an issue?

 

You can mail us a check drawn on a valid U.S. bank account or a cashier’s check issued by a valid U.S. bank. Please use the insert included in your Xfinity bill. Never mail cash.


Visit an Xfinity Retail Store to pay using one of our Xfinity Self-Service Kiosks, which accept the payment methods listed above, plus cash and traveler’s checks.
To find your closest store, including hours of operation, visit our Find an Xfinity Retail Store locator.


You can also visit a Western Union Quick Collect location to pay by money order.

These are the only payment methods we accept. We don’t accept any other payment methods. You can confirm your payment has gone through successfully on an active account by opting to receive a payment confirmation alert in your account, regardless of which payment option you used.
