​I changed my service to an internet only plan back in september, but without my authorization it got changed back to  a plan including tv service. I'm thinking it might have happened when I was on the phone troubleshooting internet outage and they asked if I wanted to upgrade my plan and I said no.​

​Also in January in February my data usage was under the 1.2 T limit, but I was charged overage fees.​

​How do I get the service changed back to internet only? It will not let me remove the tv services.​
