What is going on every time I call in they tell me it is the mail from the post office. Last month I mail my payment on 12/10 they said it was late I called said I mailed my payment they told me they weren't getting there mail from the post office .I mailed a double payment on 1/2 with a postal tracer on 1/7 the first check cleared.Now they are saying my payment is late again and again they are saying it is the post office but acording to the tracer I put on my payment it was delivered on 1/8 and none of my other bills have bin late.I think this is all a scam to add a $10.00 dollar late fee.If this start to efect my credit report there will be conciquences

Hello

Thank You for responding I have bin a costomer at the same address for over 20 year and have neaver had a problem.I undersand the this pandemic has turned everything on it head but every time I call costermer service says it is the post office but not one of my other bills have bin late .And the last bill i mailed in on 1/2 with a tracer from the post office on it they said you reaced it on 1/8 and on 1/20 was told my payment was late again.I did get every thing straited out on my last call don't know what is going to happen with the next bill thought.I would aprishiate you looking in to this.

I know times are tough enough as is and we definitely don't want you having to pay any excess fees if we can help it. 

 

I've checked over your account and you are currently all up to date and have a -$26.70 balance that will be credited towards your next billing cycle. 

 

Your bill prints on the 22ed of each month and as long as we receive the payment before the 22ed of the next month, you won't experience any late fees. That being said, we recommend using the My Account app or logging into my.xfinity.com regularly to see your due amount on those print days. We do also have alternative ways of making a payment if sending your payments via mail is too lengthy of a process.
