Billing
I was charged $49.95 on 11/9 /20 for the service 12/1/20 -12/30/2020, I canceled my service on 12/9 .
I also was charged $49.95 on 12/9/20 for the service ( 1/1/21-1/31/21 ). so I think I should get refund for 12/10-12/30 + 49.95 ( prepaid for January), but I only get refund for (12/10--12/30 ) . Can anyone check this for me?

I'm sorry about the billing issue @RBrennan1112 but I will be happy to help. Let me take a closer look at both accounts and fix any overlaps in service. Just send over your name and both addresses. If you select my username you will see an option to send a message.
