Billing
My contract terms have expired and my promotions have rolled off. Is there anything I can do to see if there are other promotions? I guess I can switch providers to take advantage of the promotions but my preference is to stay with comcast. ANy help would be appreciated.

If offers are not visible online, you'll have to call or chat to have an agent call you. They have access to plans/offers that are not visible to customers online.
