Billing

My contract terms have expired and my promotions have rolled off.  Is there anything I can do to see if there are other promotions?  I guess I can switch providers to take advantage of the promotions but my preference is to stay with comcast.  ANy help would be appreciated.

If offers are not visible online, you'll have to call or chat to have an agent call you.  They have access to plans/offers that are not visible to customers online.

I d do poke to rep and he explained that the discounts rolled off. I can see that. I was curious about finding out if I can find additional discounts before I switch.

Greetings, @patelmarino! I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us here on the forums. I hope you are having an amazing day! We know it can be frustrating when the bill is on the rise. I would like to have a look into the account and see if there is anything we can do for you. Can you please send me a PM with your first and last name so I may further assist you?

Hi there! I'd be glad to ensure that this gets looked into further. Please click on my handle (ComcastRob) and send a private message with your name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and any pertinent details-- like the ticket number(s)-- so we can help.

@ComcastRob  not sure why you want my info, I wasn't the poster with an issue.  I only offered suggestions.
