Billing website not working. Can anyone help?

Hello, is anyone having the same problem?  I go online to pay my bill.  I get to the billing page with the blue "Make a Payment" button.  Then I click on it.  Then a popup appears that says " Your session is about to end.  For added security, you'll be automatically logged out and redirected to the login screen in 60 seconds."  When I close the popup, it says " ERROR Sorry, this isn’t working right now Please return to My Account Overview while we resolve the issue."  And then I can't pay my bill.  Does anyone know when this will be fixed?  I tried to use the online assistant to get help and it just sent me back to the same page with the same error.  Thank you for your help.

Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies in your browser? Have you tried a different browser to access our site to see if you can replicate the error? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

I used a different browser and it ended up working.  Thank you for your help.  Will this be fixed on all browsers in the future?
