Billing system glitches?

Is Xfinity experiencing billing system glitches this week? I've received two official push notifications from Xfinity this week. I have no balance due on my account.

@Kay1965 Thanks for reaching out. You are not the first to report this similar issue. We have teams looking into it. But in the meantime your account is not at risk of being shut off or any late fees and so long as the balance has been paid you can disregard the notifications for now. Let us know if they continue after the due date.
