Billing Surge
My service has recently been deactivated due to non-payment and it was after the promotional period ended. My bill went from $30 to $60 (which doesn't seem bad, but that's not something i was able to afford at the time and its worse down in the climate we live in) I didn't realize the promotional period ended and now I'm behind 3 months but totaling in almost $250 (needed to pay at least $182 to restore).....for 3 months! The math doesn't add up and the Phone Representatives aren't helpful.
How do I tackle this? I don't want to lose my service with Xfinity but the jump doesn't feel right when i wasn't notified (i cant see my monthly statement on the app)
