Billing Statements Request

I would like to get contact information for the department that can provide me with a detailed billing statement of my account. My account shows one thing (which is obviously incorrect), and live chat agents each give me different information that keeps changing. Please provide me with contact details (not a phone number) for the department I can request a detailed statement of my account from.

Hi @user_d4d080. Thanks for reaching out about your bill. I can definitley understand wanting to have the correct information. The best place for you to view your plan, promotion, bill and payment history is on your Xfinity bill. You can use our famous website at https://www.xfinity.com or you can use or free Xfinity App. 

Log in using your primary username and password. We store the last two years of your billing statements in PDF format.
