Billing Statements from Previous Address

I moved 6 months ago and kept the same Xfinity account, but I can't view billing statements from my previous address. I'm hoping to get statements from January through May of 2022, since my job recently decided it would reimburse for wifi during mandatory work from home. Is there any way I can get those statements?

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. You should be able to view up to 12-months worth of billing history in your My Account App. Once you login click on "View bill details & history". Let us know if this helps.

@XfinityXavier​ Hi Xavier, I'm afraid that page that doesn't help me, because it doesn't go back 12 months - for me, it only goes back to May, when I started service at this address. The bill history page doesn't show any bills from my previous address, even the ones under a year old.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I am having the same issue; I want to make sure my bill is paid in full for my previous address, but can't access it.  Billing history only shows my new address, for the last 2 months.  What is the "peer to peer icon" and where do I find it?

It sounds like you need to link your previous account with your new account to view them both through the Xfintiy My Account App. Please take a moment to check out these instructions on how to do that on our website: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts

This does not work, when I select previous account, it says I no longer have Xfinity service at that address, which is obvious. How do I access the Nov 2022 bill from my previous account associated with previous address?
