Billing Statement Won't Load

I just activated service with Xfinity and I have a higher than anticipated bill for the first billing cycle. When I try to open my current billing statement to look through the charges, it will not open. I have tried a browser on my laptop, phone, and in app. I'm paperless to take advantage of the lower price so I won't be seeing a paper copy of my bill. I need to be able to access my bill online or I won't know what charges are being attributed to my account. It doesn't seem to be an issue on my end. So, how do I get access to my current billing statements for review of charges if the statement won't load?

Hello user_vsit8g thanks so much for taking the time to reach out here on our Xfinity Forums, and for trusting us as your home service provider! When attempting to access the billing, what specific errors are you seeing? Does it say fail to load, just some with a blank screen, or something else? On the computer, have we tried alternate browsers or browsing in private/incognito mode?

It fails to load the bill. I just get an endless loading screen (see below). And I have tried on alternate browsers and private mode. Still not loading.

Thank you for that screenshot! I am sorry that this is happening, and I want to assure you this is not a normal occurrence. We'd be happy to assist in reviewing the bill with you and refreshing the account on our end to hopefully get you access.  I do see your secondary post regarding Peacock activation, and we'd love to help there as well.
