Billing Statement issues with errors

My latest billing statement, released on July 3rd, has wrong names: one persons name is written twice, another is once but with their last name cut off, and the other person does not appear.

I had confirmed 4 times with xfinity before the statement was released that the statement document would appear correctly, with the three names and last names. Xfinity stores directs me to xfinity customer number, and viceversa. An agent told me they can fix it and will send it via email, and others have told me they cant.

I need this fixed as its an important and urgent document that I will need to show soon.

Hello @user_xz64qj. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. I would be happy to look into this for you. But when it does come to your Xfinity statement we only have the ability to add two names. A responsible party and the account holder. We do not have the ability to add three names to that statement.

If needed, two names can appear instead of three. But I need the Billing Statement of July re-issued to correct the generated typos.

I can look into what happened and fix the typo's but we do not have a way to regenerate the statement. You would have to wait for the next statement to post.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and address so that we can assist you further.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
