BILLING STATEMENT IS BROKEN, NEEDS IMMEDIATE FIX
I need resolution on this, high priority. This probably needs to be escalated to a programmer. I have been trying to get this resolved for days and nothing is being done. I need to download my billing statement for June 2023 to July 2023, but it is erroring out when I try to do so. I am clicking on the invoice link on the https://customer.xfinity.com/billing/services/statement/history page, and nothing happens - I inspected the page and noticed these errors below - "Failed to load resource"
