BILLING STATEMENT IS BROKEN, NEEDS IMMEDIATE FIX

I need resolution on this, high priority. This probably needs to be escalated to a programmer. I have been trying to get this resolved for days and nothing is being done. I need to download my billing statement for June 2023 to July 2023, but it is erroring out when I try to do so. I am clicking on the invoice link on the https://customer.xfinity.com/billing/services/statement/history  page, and nothing happens - I inspected the page and noticed these errors below - "Failed to load resource"

The concern is not "Community Knowledge Base" related........................ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_n3175y, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your billing statement. Have you tried stopping by an Xfinity store where they can print one out for you?
