Billing spiking

I was only paying for originally 61$ dollars paperless then all the sudden after 2 months of paying it went straight up to 80$ no i am GOOD i already paid a all the shipping fees and such on the first month and your telling me the promo period WAS ONLY 1 MONTH i would switch back to spectrum in a heart beat if it was available here in texas UGH
