Billing site is down

I am trying to pay my bill. I go to the bill paying section of the website. It finishes loading. There is nothing on the screen. No matter how may times I load it, it is blank. It is constantly like this. Every time I attempt to pay my bill the website is broken. For months now. Once in a blue moon I can get through and I'm managed to pay the bill, but it's not frequent or reliable.

This isn't the experience we want for anyone, user_si5thf. We offer a few different ways to pay your Xfinity bill including online in My Account. If you have not already, can you try clearing cache and cookies on your device, trying using another web browser and/or another device to see if it helps?
