billing, service suspension

so i had a payment arrangement on my account and it was paid .  I paid what the rep told me to pay but a day later.  so i contacted customer service and was told a different amount to restore services.  i asked for the supervisor and he said they will reach out to me in 2 hours, well i am going on 4hours. so please reach out to me and keep your word regarding the amount of the payment arrangement amount.  This bill is less than $100

Hi there, @user_9pzkcr. Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reach out about your payment and restoring your account. To fulfill a payment arrangement, you would need to pay the full past due balance that is due on the date you chose for your payment. If the service is interrupted due to the payment, we are unable to restore your service until at least the past due balance is paid. We can check further on the payment that would be needed so you can get your service back up and running. 

 

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

1.  Click "Sign In" if necessary.

2.  Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

3.  Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. 

4.  In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".

5.  As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

6.  An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

7.  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

8.  Press Enter to send it.
