Billing seems shady
Got charged for 2techs to come out to fix my service and they said service is fix. Service good for a couple hours then right back to square 1. Took modem in for a swap, did myself and now everything works. Made multiple calls on the issue and always assured that the problem was fixed. It was not. Orig sign up for service said 1x fee $25.00 got a notice that payment did not go thru. Called immediately to see what the problem was. They said no problem, we returned it to you. Confirmerd all banking info on file was correct. *was able to get 1 service tech fee removed. All seems shady. Still have the 1 tech fee which seems like bs when issue was not resolved for more than a couple of hours. Being charged a returned check fee when we were assured our banking info on file was correct. Switch to xfinity to save money. Promised i would. Not happening. Looking into another a reliable, honest provider.

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_zxes5v Appreciate you breaking down everything that has happened with the account. Sorry to hear there was a rough start with getting service going. I would be happy to check into the account billing to see what is happening with all the fees you mentioned. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address, and we can take a deeper look together.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
