Billing- returned a box & now contract this year is even higher????
We’ve had the triple play for over 16 years, with 15 issues/year. All the time & energy wasted calling, appointments & things never work.
As opposed to rewarding loyalty, Every year we have to fight about the annual contract ending & we will pay even more. It’s ridiculous! My house is wired for Fios & we have all smart TVs if I don’t receive the same rate (which is exorbitant) we are canceling. Tired of chatting & never getting customer service.

I feel you. I'm so tired of the HORRIBLE customer service they have. I had at&t and i loved how their customer service was and i came over to xfinity and it's HORRIBLE. They act like they don't value your business at all.
