Billing related issue

Hi,

I have reached out to customer service with Xfinity to get my bill adjusted. The thing is that I have been offered as a loyalty gesture some two digit dollar amount by another Xfinity customer service agent who offered me this loyalty gesture while I was getting help with another issue. He said he made the change (the prorated adjustment) to my account but so far I do not see any changes. Please let me know if you need further information.
Thanks

@user_uj0sd0 thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page today. I understand that you have a billing concern you would like to address. About how long ago did you speak to someone and get that adjustment applied? I ask, because if it was applied earlier today it can take 1-2 days to appear on your end.
