I keep getting emails that my account is suspended from non payment or my payments didn’t go through but I haven’t had an account with you since 2022! Why are you still trying to charge me?!!!

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
