Billing question.

A $90.00 "TV: Ultimate TV" includes "20 Hrs of DVR Service".
Why am I being charged an extra $10.00 "Add ons" "DVR Service"?

@user_v5gd93 That is a great question, all of our plans do include 20 hours of Cloud DVR service. For customers that record more than 12 hours we offer the physical DVR box for $10.00, which provides more space to record. If you aren't using the DVR service enough to need more than 20 hours of storage I'm happy to help you with reviewing your account and making changes. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
