Hello, @minhn112! Thank you for reaching out on our community forums page for billing assistance. We may need to pull this aside into a Direct (private) Message in order to manually request a refund. However, it may automatically refund to you within the coming days or weeks, depending on the status of your account. May I ask if your account is currently active, or has it been disconnected? When did you first notice the negative (credit) balance? And what was your last payment method used (card, Bill Pay through a bank, check, etc.)?

@XfinitySara​ , The credit had been there for a couple months already. I overpayed a couple months ahead of time but recently I got the ACP credit and it looks like I dont have to pay anything with my current plan so the negative credit will just stay this way.

 1. Click "Sign In" if necessary
 2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
 3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 4. Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 5. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 6. Press Enter to send your message
