Billing Question : Xfinity Mobile : Excess Charges for Mobile Device
Hi Team,
I have been charged extra of $45 in the current billing and previous billing cycle. This upgraded plan was given "Unlimited Plan for the number [Edited: "Personal Information"]", I have done the trade-in with Iphone 13 Pro which device has shipped and delivered at your end. However, the charges has been billed $45 on my current device. I request you to review the plan and update the plan accordingly. Complaint Reference No : [Edited: "Personal Information"]
