Billing Problem

Last year, I applied for a new mobile number, but the service was never successfully activated. Therefore, your company agreed to cancel the service. However, there is still an outstanding balance showing on my mobile account. Please remove this charge from my account so that when I set up automatic payment, I will not be charged incorrectly.
